1. Cancellations & Refunds Policy

We believe in creating a hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

2. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by visiting your [Account > My Orders] section or by contacting our Customer Support Team.

3. After Dispatch:
Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped. You can still choose to reject the delivery at your doorstep, and any applicable refund (after deducting shipping or handling charges) will be processed.

4. Special/Custom Orders:

Cancellation of customized, made-to-order, or perishable goods is not permitted once the order is confirmed.

Refund Process

5. Eligible Refunds:

Order canceled before dispatch.

Order rejected on delivery.

Order damaged or wrong item delivered (verified by our support team).

6.Refund Mode:

Refunds will be made to your original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, Net Banking) or as store credits, based on your preference.

7.Refund Timelines:

Typically processed within 7-10 business days after verification and approval.

Store credits are processed faster — usually within 48 hours.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless received damaged or defective:

Perishable goods (groceries, food, flowers)

Personal care items

Customized products

Digital goods and gift cards

9. Return Pickups (If Applicable)

In some cases, we may arrange a reverse pickup at your location.

Please ensure the item is unused, original packaging is intact, and all tags/manuals/accessories are included.

If reverse pickup is not available, customers may need to courier the product to the seller directly.

10. Important Notes

Refund approvals are subject to inspection and quality checks.

Disputes regarding refunds/cancellations are handled fairly by our grievance redressal team.

Shopeeyo reserves the right to refuse refunds if it finds evidence of misuse, fraud, or policy abuse.
